You find the 'Webcam Tab' on the 'Configuration Dialog'.

On the 'Webcam tab' you will select your webcam video device, and change the device settings if you want or have to. Also, you will set the frames per second in which to update your webcam image onto the video output.

To change the webcam video device you have to disconnect whichever you are using in order to connect another one.
