You can access the 'Follow Cursor Button' through the 'Toolbar'.

Programs such as MSN messenger, Skype, PalTalk, ICQ, and others use the video resolution of 320x240 pixels to broadcast live video from your webcam. ScreenCamera also has that same video resolution in order to be compatible with these programs. So, when you click the 'Follow Cursor Button' ScreenCamera captures the 320x240 pixels rectangle around the mouse pointer just like on the example bellow:

The person viewing your desktop remotely can then have a clear view of this region of your desktop and by moving the cursor around you can show whatever it is that you want to show and at the same time give instructions.
