User privilege problems on Vista

This happens because 1AVCenter is not running with administrator rights.

To solve this problem simply run 1AVCenter with administrator rights.

Right-click 1AVCenter and select 'Run as Administrator' or open 'Properties' and then check the 'Run as Administrator' checkbox.
