Stamp date and time onto captured video and images

Check or uncheck the 'Stamp date-time' checkbox and then click on 'Connect'.

You'll see that when 'Stamp date-time' is checked the capture appears with a running clock on the right-bottom corner.

This running clock will appear on whichever 'Video Device' you select whether it's a web cam, or the 'Desktop', or else.

The date and time stamp will also appear on captured images.

Note that your monitor must be using 32-bit true colors in order for the clock to appear.

To change the color depth of your monitor:

1. Click on Start > Control Panel.
2. In the classic view, double click on the Display icon.
3. Select the Settings tab and on select True Color (32 bits)
