1AVCenter automatically creates a profile ready-to-use for live broadcasting the web cam called 'Broadcast WebCam+Mic in Real-time'. To select it use the 'Profile Selector' or click the 'Profile Toolbar' on the 'Broadcast WebCam+Mic in Real-time' profile or select it from the 'Profile Menu' 'Switch To' option.

_ The capture window will be showing the contents of the web cam.

_ Open 'Live Broadcast Settings' if you intend to change the transmission rate or other options.

Click on 'Start' on the 'Live Broadcast Action Toolbar'.

1AVCenter will then take about 3-5 seconds to start broadcasting.

Note that you can the broadcast can be accessed remotely but 'how remote' depends exclusively on the type of your IP address.
