When should I backup/restore 1AVCenter ?

The most common scenarios for generating a backup file for later restoration are:

  • Software re-installation
  • Operating system re-installation

    You should also generate a backup file when you have configured the software for the first time so that in the event of a system crash or some other unexpected data loss you can re-install and restore the software without having to reconfigure anything.
