I get the 'Could not connect capture profile' error

This happens because the video or audio codec you have selected for compression is not compatible with the source you are capturing from, or because the device is not working.

1AVStreamer auto-corrects the problem by disabling compression and letting you try again, or by starting the 'Quick Start Wizard'.

It is up to you to select another compression scheme after you get this error because 1AVStreamer will disable compression when this error happens and anything you record without compression will present huge sizes.
