The main status bar is found at the bottom of the main window.

It tells you the current date and time, and when you move the mouse over toolbar buttons the status bar shows you what each button is for.

This way, you can quickly switch among profiles because as you move the mouse over the 'Profile Toolbar' the status bar shows you what each profile does, and in one click you can be doing an entire different a/v task.

Also, when you move the mouse over the 'Main Toolbar' the status bar shows you what each button does.
