| Automatically Grab/Upload images |
First you need to have a capture profile with a video source selected and active. Learn about 'Capture Profiles'. Video sources include the Desktop, web cam, TV tuner, and external devices such as a VCR, or else.
After you have selected a capture profile with a video source, then you can change settings such as the time interval, ftp connection parameters, image quality and others opening the 'Grab/Upload Settings' dialog.
You can grab and upload snapshots, or you can only grab snapshots.
To grab and upload snapshots uncheck the 'only grab' checkbox on the 'Grab/Upload Settings' dialog, configure FTP connection parameters, set the time interval in which to grab and upload, set the naming convention to upload files, and set the image quality in which to capture snapshots. Intervals can be as little as 30 seconds.
To only grab snapshots check the 'only grab' checkbox on the 'Grab/Upload Settings' dialog, this way you can set 1AVCenter to capture snapshots on regular intervals and store them locally. Intervals can be as little as 5 seconds.

If you choose to upload and you haven't yet configured the FTP Client you'll be asked to do so.
To start grabbing and uploading click on the start button on the 'Grab/Upload Action Toolbar' or on the same option on the 'Grab/Upload Action Menu'.
You can also schedule when to start grabbing and uploading. To set a schedule use the scheduler at the 'Grab/Upload Settings' dialog.
To stop grabbing and uploading click on the stop button on the 'Grab/Upload Action Toolbar' or on the same option on the 'Grab/Upload Action Menu'.
At the preset interval a snapshot will be grabbed and will instantly appear on the 'Grab/Upload File List'.
Open the 'File Menu' or right-click on the just generated file to learn what you can do with the snapshot file.
