To open the Emailer select a file or files on a 'File List', open the 'File Menu', or right-clickthe mouse over the file or files, and select the 'E-mail' option on the menu, or simply press <Ctrl+M>.

Select recipients, copies, type in the subject, type in the message and send e-mails to as many people as you want. 1AVCenter supports multiple attachments, recipients and copies that you can select using the E-mail Address Manager.

The content field is very similar to the attachments container in Outlook or Netscape and other e-mail clients as it informs you what you are about to send.

After you click 'Send' 1AVCenter will show a progress bar to tell you what is the status on the e-mail you're sending. It will also show you if there were errors.

When you send links to files you can also send user logon information so that whoever receives the e-mail can visit and access the files on the message directly on your web site. For that the 'Web Server' must be running and you must have a public IP address.
