1AVCapture corrects this problem automatically, but if you are recording the screen while this happens, the recorder which uses a buffering algorithm might recognize the screen halt as the actual point to start recording. Therefore, when you are recording the screen and the USC halts the desktop screen, the recorder might pick up on that point to record the video file.

To solve this problem avoid receiving USC interruptions, or try and select an encoder or codec that doesn't present this behavior.
